If it’s a Vegetable, I can Pickle it.

Here is the recipe I follow for dilly pickled things:

(Water-bath canning rules apply)

First kick your underfoot, mildly annoying, needy dog out the door. Marrow bones facilitate this process. Then put on music of choice. Proceed!

Let the popping commence!
